Our ability to operate depends on our ability to raise the necessary funding. We are capitalised by the Peace Parks Foundation and receive extensive in-kind support from the Southern Africa Tourism Services Association. In addition, we have received numerous small grants from individual tourism enterprises operating in South Africa.
We actively seek funding partnerships with donors, foundations and corporates who share our ‘conservation through development’ vision. In particular, we invite members of the tourism industry to join our efforts. Engaging with us, participating in the design of our programmes and investing generously in their operation will realise a direct return in terms of the sustainability of the wildlife asset on which we all depend.
We welcome an engagement with individual funding partners in relation to their particular interest area or preferred geographical region(s). In relation to each programme or facility that it operates, the Fund has the means to target specific focus areas and regions, to disburse to individual recipients and to monitor and evaluate their performance.
Interested donors should contact us to discuss your donation and to organise the issuing of the relevant Section 18A and/or B-BBEE certificates.
